I find with ktm it's a coin flip. Had nothing but issues with my 2015 super duke r since 1000 miles. Electronic failures, coolant and oil leaks, dash issues, you name it. I bit the bullet on an amazing deal 2018 1290 SDR and it's at 2500 miles and it has been nothing but amazing. Never missed a beat, never had an issue. Install the EDR stacks utilizing the oem bolts, simply be sure to use RED Loc-Tite like compound on the bolts. It avoids the euro 4 exhaust valve , keyless and has an analog dash. New one has a better electronics package and nicer headlight. These are my opinions. If you want orange than the choice is clear.
